Our Features include - Sliding 1/4" steel Plate door with handle lock, quality 10 guage steel wall surrounded by 4" of concrete from top to bottom. Installed in your garage, where you can park on top of it and still have access to get in, coated with an epoxy/tar blend, this dries hard! Approved by U.S. Corps of Engineers on Dam Gates, underground gasoline tanks, and offshore drilling rigs. Natural air exchange is built into the lid design. 4,000 lb winch, battery operated LED lights, stairs, benches, and floor are all carpeted. Hand rail, removable stairs, and benches, 2 piece lid where both lids open from the inside, with stationary lid being the emergency exit.
We offer a 25 year warranty against leaks and rust. We are registered with your local emergency management agency (where available), so if your area has a weather event, emergency services will know where you are located and get to you quickly. We meet and exceed all FEMA guidelines, and the more strict ICC/NSSA standards for shelters. Normal installation of ONE DAY!
